On your way, stop at La Turbie. Admire one of the spectacular features of the town: the Trophée des Alpes ordered by the Roman Senate to honor Augustus's victory over Ligurian tribes. 4Monaco-Ville
Finally, it's time to head off to your final stop, Monaco. The prince's Grimaldi palace, whose crest shows two sword-waving monks, remains one of the world's oldest ruling monarchy.
