Aguadilla, well-known for its surfing beaches and unrivaled sunsets, is a perfect destination for those who love sun, sand and scenery. With miles of pristine beaches, some featured in Hollywood films, such as Pirates of the Caribbean, there is absolutely no shortage of beautifully chill, beachy vibes to find in this area.

During the sugar cane era, railway tunnels were used to transport sugar cane from area farms. El Tunel de Guajataca, located right along the coast (connecting Guajataca and Isabela), is an easy hike where you can learn not only about Puerto Rican history, but also swim, play, and lounge on one of the many beaches nearby.
Situated along the coastline, this area also boasts multiple natural tidal pools (including but not limited to Playa Sardinera, Playa Montones, Pozo de Teodoro, Posita Sardinera, Poza las Golondrinas). Depending on season, weather, time of day, etc, the appearance of these pools may vary, but are always a beautiful experience.

After a 1 hour and 40 minute drive we will arrive at the Guajataca Tunnel which used to be a railroad station on the coast with beautiful views and walls decorated with art.

After a 45 minute drive from Guajataca Tunnel will arrive at this beautiful crystal clear water beach for some snorkeling through the coral reefs. (Have to know how to swim).
