Fat Bike Galway provides return transportation from your accommodation if within 3 km radius of Galway City. Otherwise MERCHANTS ROAD in GALWAY CITY is the pick-up point. If you have transport and don’t require pick-up, the meeting point for the tour is Bearna Golf & Country Club, H91 TN99.

    The tour offers pickup from your accommodation if within 3 km radius of Galway city. Otherwise CLADDAGH HALL on NIMMO’S PIER is our meeting point. Then sit back and enjoy the short journey to our starting point at Barna Golf Club.

    Barna

    From the country roads of Barna we can enjoy fabulous views overlooking Galway Bay across to The Burren in Co. Clare. Depending on weather conditions we can also see The Aran Islands in the Atlantic Ocean.

    The country lanes surrounding Furbo provide us with an opportunity for a short break. Enjoy the nature and see turf in its various stages being prepared for winter fuel in the bog lands.

    The Irish speaking seaside village of Spiddal is our destination. At the pretty Craft Village we take time to relax and can explore the local craft shops and café. Enjoy a beach stroll and dip your toes in the refreshing Atlantic Ocean.
