A road-based tour with short hikes throughout the day, where we enjoy beautiful highlights of Olympic National Park with panoramic views of mountains and ocean from Hurricane Ridge. Here we also enjoy a picnic lunch on a short hike.
We then explore the rainforest at Crescent Lake, where we go for a short hike along the beautiful lakeshore, followed by a stop in the quaint town of Poulsbo with waterfront views. Finally, we cross Puget Sound again and see the best views of the Seattle skyline on the ferry back to Seattle.
We meet outside the entrance to the store, Sephora.
We meet in downtown Seattle and cross with the ferry to Bainbridge Island. We will have views of Seattle skyline and islands.
On the drive to Olympic National Park we drive through forest with mountain and coastline views.
In Olympic National Park we will go for a short walk and picnic in the Hurricane Ridge area with panoramic views of the mountains and Puget Sound. We will also stop at the visitor center.
From Hurricane Ridge we will drive downhill to the glacier formed Lake Crescent and walk in the rainforest.
Scenic drive from Lake Crescent to Poulsbo
On the way back to the ferry to Seattle, we stop briefly in the quaint so-called “Little Norway” town of Poulsbo.
From Poulsbo we drive to the ferry terminal and enjoy the views of the Seattle skyline when crossing Puget Sound back to Seattle.
