Dubai Marina: Boutique Italian Sunset Cruise with Food & Drinks

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

2 hours (approximately)
Offered in: English and 2 more

Most Dubai cruises pack 50 guests onto one boat. Calypso carries 15. Intimacy is the difference. Captain Gianfranco, Italian, passionate, and proud of his craft, welcomes every guest personally as you board. What follows is two hours of watching Dubai’s skyline shift from gold to amber while the crew brings out the food and pours the drinks. Soft music playing in the background. The menu is Italian inspired and genuine: Nonna’s crispy eggplants, Sicilian arancini, chicken mixed grill, grilled vegetables, fruit and dessert. Drinks are included; no bar tab surprises. Choose the alcohol option (Aperol Spritz, homemade Limoncello Spritz, wine, beer, spirits), or the VIP package with bubbly, sushi rolls, and a private deck lounge. The route takes you through the Marina, past Ain Dubai, toward The Palm, by the Sheikh’s private island, and to Burj Al Arab, with Atlantis in the distance. Calypso is consistently booked by couples celebrating anniversaries, guest’s birthdays and by soul seekers.

  • Burj Al Arab (Pass by)

The Burj Al Arab is one of the most luxurious hotels in Asia. Located in Dubai, the name in Arabic means “Tower of the Arabs”. The construction of Burj Al Arab began in 1994 and it was opened in December 1999. It was built to resemble the sail of a dhow, a type of Arabian vessel. Tiger Woods, the famous pro golfer practiced his tee shot at the Sheikh’s Helicopter Pad, on top of the building. Michael Jackson was there purely for the Spicy Buffalo Wings when he visited the hotel in 2005. Along the way, you will also be able to see Atlantis and Atlantis The Royal from a distance.
