Meeting and pickup
To ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival, we will send you your driver's name, contact details, and vehicle information the day before your scheduled pickup. This allows you to easily identify your driver upon arrival and enjoy a seamless transfer experience from the moment you land.
After the Safari, we transfer the clients back to the Hotel
What to expect
• A suitable vehicle is assigned based on your group size and luggage requirements.
• The day before travel, you receive your driver’s details and vehicle information for easy identification.
• On the day of pickup, your driver arrives at the agreed location with a clearly displayed placard showing your booking details.
• You are transported via a direct and comfortable route to Aquila Private Game Reserve.
• The driver will wait for you at the reserve during your visit.
• After your experience, you are collected and safely transferred back to your original pickup location (hotel or address).
• Enjoy a smooth, private, door-to-door service throughout your journey.
