You will walk through the olive grove and the olive mill to understand, in a clear and enjoyable way, what is behind a large EVOO, green harvesting, cold extraction and the importance of cleaning and how it makes a difference. The team will accompany you so that you not only see it, but also learn and enjoy it.
The experience includes a guided tasting in which you will learn to distinguish an authentic EVOO from other olive oils, identifying aromas and flavors and all in a pleasant way. To complete enjoy a Mallorcan wine tasting designed to pair and enhance each dish.
Everything takes place in a quiet environment, with a focus on sustainability and respect for the landscape. A different proposition for those looking for more than a visit, an immersion in the culture, traditions and flavors of Mallorca.

Meeting and pickup
On the road from Algaida to Llucmajor, at kilometer 5.4, you will find an entrance on the left, with a stone wall and a metal barrier. Our olive trees can be seen from both sides of the road. When you are at the entrance, please call us and we open it for you. Phone 971 665 994.
What to expect
Throughout the visit you will learn, in a clear and enjoyable way, about the world of extra virgin olive oil, how it is made, what its properties are and how to use it in the kitchen to get the most out of it; in addition to doing an EVOO tasting and entering its sensory world. The tour is lived in the middle of nature, with explanations close and thought out for you to understand and enjoy, even if you have no previous experience.
The tastiest part comes with a pleasant tasting of Mallorcan wines, paired with each dish of a snack made with local produce. All this accompanied by a team dedicated to make your visit to Finca Treurer a unique experience and to take a very special memory of Mallorca.
