What to expect
Guided by a fun and friendly master Roman pizza chef (pizzaiolo), you will learn the secrets of these culinary icons using the finest ingredients and time honored techniques.
We will start with flour, salt, yeast, and water and end up with an awesome pizza that you will devour. It’s kinda magic..
You will learn the inside info on what flour to use for pizza dough, how much resting time it needs, how to shape the dough for the ideal crunchy to soft ratio, Then, of course, sauce, toppings and how to cook it to perfection in a typical home oven.
We don’t want you drooling over your pizza dough, so you can sip on a glass of wine/beer and nibble on some antipasto as you work on your creation.
A few minutes in the oven and you will finally be able to enjoy your delicious homemade pizza.
Once you know the steps and timing, and of course the ingredients, you will be surprised how easy it is, even kids are welcome!
Afterwards, the recipe and all of the fundamental tips will be sent. This way whenever you want to enjoy this Roman delish, you can! Without the expensive plane ticket.
