Try this unique experience of all-you-can-eat picking of strawberries with a time limit of 30 minutes in the Japanese nature!
Kanko Strawberry Yamashiroen has seven greenhouses and several varieties of strawberries are grown, including Yayoi, Benihoppe, and Akihime, and visitors can compare them during the strawberry picking experience! Organically grown strawberries are all characterized by their large size and rich flavor.
They are particular about fertilizers and use minerals imported from Shikoku. They are also Eco-Farmer certified strawberries, a sign that they have met the high standards for organic and reduced pesticide cultivation, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind!
During your experience, you can also meet many Japanese people, coming with their families on their days off. They also have many repeat customers, some of whom come from outside of the prefecture to buy strawberries every week.

Approx. 30 minutes by cab from Kofu Station on the JR Minobu Line Approx. 15 minutes by cab from Kai Sumiyoshi Station on the JR Minobu Line Approximately 5 minutes by car from the Kofu Minami IC of the Chuo Expressway
What to expect
2. Inform the staff that you have made a reservation.
3. Please be sure to present the reservation completion screen to our staff. We will then guide you to the greenhouse.
4. Kanko Strawberry Yamashiroen has 7 greenhouses and grows 5 kinds of strawberries.
5. You can now experience all-you-can-eat picking of organic strawberries with a time limit of 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy picking, tasting and comparing different types of strawberries!
7. Please note that you are not allowed to take strawberries out of the garden.
8. After the experience is over, you can purchase a souvenir pack to take home.
