In a luxurious modern-Japanese space, you can experience a unique blend of Japanese cuisine and culture.
Private chef Yutaka Saito teaches sushi (nigiri, rolled sushi, hand rolls) to small groups.
Through Japanese food, you can feel Japan’s culture, traditional crafts, and the dedication of local producers.
You will plate the sushi you made yourself on traditional craft dishes of your choice.
Enjoy the chef’s special amuse-bouche box and a warm soup, made with seasonal ingredients delivered from producers across Japan.
