Japanese Cultural Experience at Seishintei Teahouse

This park is conveniently located about 10 minutes by car from Shimizu Port. Inside the park is an authentic tea house, offering a rare and magnificent view of Mt. Fuji that is unique to this facility. In this scenic setting, you can enjoy casual tea experiences such as matcha or sencha, as well as kimono dressing experiences. Surrounded by seasonal greenery, the park also offers views of impressive cruise ships. It is a special place where you can experience Japanese culture and breathtaking scenery at the same time.

After meeting at the entrance of Seishintei, you’ll begin with a relaxing cup of sencha. Then change into a kimono or yukata in the tea room and enjoy a matcha experience with traditional nerikiri sweets. Next, move to the café area and enjoy a photo session in the park overlooking Mt. Fuji. The experience concludes with seasonal desserts in this approximately 120-minute Japanese cultural program.
