Try the unique experience of cooking real Japanese cuisine with an experienced chef. An opportunity to discover a classic Japanese shopping street, shop like a Japanese, and then use your ingredients and utensils to cook!

This “double experience” will take you through all the process from shopping to cooking. You'll receive explanations of how food and other ingredients are sold in Japan, and a brief history of the markets. You'll feel like you've already lived in Japan for several years!

And then you'll have the chance to taste what you've cooked and take photos!

By offering more than 300 Japanese and Japanese-made Western dishes to foreign visitors to Japan, we convey the wonders of Japan through the experience of taste and cooking.

What to expect

1. Meet in front of the Matsuyamachi Station. We'll then head for the studio.
2. Once at the studio, the guide will briefly explain the process and will give you the fee for materials (¥1500 per person).
3. Now straight to the market! Stroll around the shopping street looking for ingredients.
4. Once you've found and bought your ingredients, you can return to the studio and start cooking.
5. Desserts and tea will be prepared separately.
6. Once it is finished, we'll take photos of your creation. And now it's time for the tasting!
7. You'll also receive souvenirs and the recipe.
8. The entire experience lasts 2.5 hours.
9. Don't forget to let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or preferences.
