Try the unique experience of learning to draw manga with a professional manga artist. A chance to learn how your favorite mangas are drawn!

Developed in their modern form during the 19th century, manga has a long history in Japanese art culture. Manga is said to originate from emakimono dating back to the 12th and 13th centuries. During the Edo period, another book of drawings, Toba Ehon, embedded the concept of manga. And in this way, many artists have influenced the development of comics over centuries.

In this lesson, you'll enjoy learning the classic techniques for drawing all the details of a character (eyes, expression, body, movements) or a place! And you'll be using the classic tools used by Japanese manga artists! At first sight difficult, by learning these techniques, you'll see that it's less difficult than you might think!

The small-group manga drawing lesson in an old house will be an irreplaceable sightseeing experience in Japan.
