Try the unique experience of cooking real Japanese cuisine with an experienced chef. An opportunity to learn how to cook sushi the Japanese way, at a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Dotonbori!

Relatively easy at first glance, cooking sushi is more difficult than you might think! From the way you prepare and press the rice, to the way you move your fingers, right down to the ingredients, sushi is an art! You'll find that even a small difference can completely change the taste and final result.

You'll enjoy cooking, and then you'll have the chance to taste what you've cooked and take photos! The menu includes 12 types of sushi, sushi rolls, miso soup and tea!

You can join with your family or friends! Children are also welcome to participate. Sushi that you make yourself is especially delicious, so be sure to enjoy it as a memory of your trip to Japan.

What to expect

1. Meet directly at the restaurant “Daiki-Suisan Kaitenzushi Dotonbori”.
2. Once at the restaurant, the chef will briefly explain the schedule of the course, the contents, introduce the sushi and the history.
3. For those who wish, you can wear the traditional Japanese sushi chef's outfit (はっぴ:happi). There are several models to choose from. Choose the one you like best!
4. Now you're ready! Wash your hands, put on your vinyl gloves and start making your sushi!
5. You can choose between 8 and 12 pieces of sushi.
6. Once the sushi is finished, don’t forget to take commemorative photos of your creation.
7. And now it’s time for the tasting! Let’s check the taste of the sushi you have made!
