You will discover a unique sensory experience that you will surely remember all your life.
You will do some quick little hypnosis exercises as an initiation that Rénald will teach you.
You will learn to taste wine differently. Hypnosis will allow you to multiply your senses.
You will learn everything about the Spanish wines that you are going to taste: The terroir, the grape varieties, the geography, the climate, the personal history of the winegrowers, the flavors on the "nose" and in the "mouth".
You will taste first, a white wine under hypnosis.
Then a red wine also under hypnosis.
You will taste a last red wine in a classic way where you can discuss with the other people and Rénald about your experience.
All while tasting Spanish cheese and charcuterie.

What to expect

We will meet in the Vinicola Mentridana wine bar which is a typical Spanish wine bar. Rénald, your hypnosis practitioner will quickly explain to you what the state of hypnosis is, and will make you do small exercises to familiarize yourself with modified states of consciousness. A first white wine will be served to you and a tour of the table will be done to find out what flavors you smell on the nose and in the mouth. This moment is very friendly because there is no stake and it does not matter if we are wrong. Then, Rénald will take you on a hypnotic journey, will make you discover the region of the wine which is in your glass, will tell you about the climate, the basement of the vine, the grape variety, and the winegrower: Then Rénald will make you smell and taste the wine by giving you the flavors of it. It is at this moment that your senses will be multiplied thanks to the state of hypnosis. Finally, you will emerge from this state by opening your eyes and returning to a normal state of consciousness. We will do the same with a red wine under hypnosis. Then you will be served a board (for 2) of charcuterie and cheese and you will taste a last red wine without hypnosis and discussing your experience
