Meeting and pickup
Your flight is monitored for any changes to your arrival. As soon as your flight arrives, a welcome message is sent to you. Details are being finalized for the identification of the vehicle and the passengers. Once the passenger communicates that they are going to the meeting point, the driver will pick them up in ZONE 3 of the PASSENGER PICK-UP lane. Once you board them with their luggage, they go to the destination of their drop off. If the passenger is unable to establish contact, the passenger will be picked up at the meeting point 1 hour after the flight landed.
