    Spiaggia di Marina Piccola

Marina Piccola ("little port") is located on the southern side of the island of Capri. It is located near the Faraglioni to the south-east. The Via Krupp is a historic paved path with hairpin bends that connects the Certosa di San Giacomo and the area of the Gardens of Augustus with Marina Piccola. The Marina Piccola, used by Augustus and Tiberius, preceded the Marina Grande. Free time to visit the center of Capri: Piazza Umberto I, better known as "la Piazzetta", the surprisingly small main square of the town enclosed within ancient buildings and dominated by Monte Solaro. In your free time you will also have the opportunity to reach Anacapri, a distillation of colors and perfumes, located in a higher position than Capri where you can stroll in complete tranquility among small boutiques and artisan shops

The Natural Arch is a Paleolithic rock formation 12 meters wide and almost 20 meters high which, due to the atmospheric agents and geological processes that affected the island in the past, has acquired a curious arch shape.

It is located on the summit of Mount Tiberius, which is located in the eastern part of the island of Capri, and is known for having been the home of the Roman emperor Tiberius Julius Caesar Augustus. There is still much speculation about the personality of Tiberius today. Some chroniclers of the time described him as a despot with a cruel and unscrupulous personality. Idleness and vices of the court would have led him to commit excessive brutality, such as having his slaves thrown into the void of Tiberius' Leap. Other sources instead describe Tiberius as a detached, introverted person of few words. He spent entire days in profound solitude, dedicating himself to solitary walks along the viewpoint of his villa overlooking the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. However, a system of coastal towers for optical communications and fast ships allowed the emperor to quickly receive messages and issue orders.

  • Punta Campanella (Pass by)

The promontory is located between the Sorrento coast and the Amalfi coast, dividing the Gulf of Naples from that of Salerno and extending over an area of over 1500 hectares of sea, between the municipalities of Massa Lubrense and Positano. Today on the promontory stands the Tower of Minerva, built by Robert of Anjou in 1334, and rebuilt in 1566. The tower had an alarm function in case of attacks by the Saracens and was part of a series of watchtowers built along the entire the Sorrento peninsula. A bell was rung on the tower in case of alarm and this, most likely, is the origin of the name Punta Campanella. The "Punta Campanella" marine protected area is characterized by limestone cliffs that descend into the sea, creating rock walls that go down to 50 m or more in depth.

It is located on a small stretch of the Sorrento Peninsula and in particular constitutes the small port of the municipality of Massa Lubrense. It takes its name from the ancient church above, dedicated to the Madonna della Lobra, protector of the place. The small port looks like a natural inlet which hosts many pleasure and fishing boats, as well as a sailing club since 1973. The place is also characterized by the buildings, still in Mediterranean style, which fully harmonize with the surrounding landscape and they recall the simplicity of life in the ancient village, but which today host numerous holidaymakers.
