Meeting and pickup
We pick up all travelers directly from their hotel, resort, or specified destination anywhere in Zanzibar. Please provide your hotel name and room number (if available) when booking to ensure a smooth pickup. Our driver will meet you at your hotel reception or entrance at the scheduled time. If you are arriving at Zanzibar International Airport, our representative will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a Zanspice Tours sign with your name. For departures, please be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Booking Confirmation

Airport Arrival or Hotel Pickup
Arriving passengers: Upon landing at Zanzibar International Airport, head to the arrivals hall. A friendly representative will be waiting with a sign displaying your name.
Departing guests: Your driver will meet you directly at your hotel reception or lobby at the confirmed time.
Luggage Assistance
Your driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your clean, air-conditioned shared vehicle.
Shared Shuttle Ride
Relax and enjoy your scenic ride across Zanzibar. You’ll share the shuttle with other travelers heading in the same direction, making it a comfortable and affordable journey. During the ride, your driver may share local insights, attractions, and travel tips.
Hotel Drop-Off or Airport Arrival
For arrivals, you’ll be dropped off directly at your hotel or resort entrance anywhere in Zanzibar (Stone Town, Nungwi, Paje, Jambiani, Kiwengwa, etc.).
For departures, you’ll arrive at Zanzibar International Airport in plenty of time for your flight check-in.
Return Transfer (Round Trip)
If you’ve booked a round-trip service, simply contact us at least one day before departure to confirm your pickup time for the return ride.
Completion & Feedback
Once dropped off safely, your driver will assist with your luggage and ensure you’re satisfied with the service. We welcome your feedback or review to help us continue improving.
