Meeting and pickup
Your pre-arranged pickup point is dependent on your arriving airline. Please read the instructions carefully. You can also visit our website for additional arrival information as well.
Hawaiian Airlines Domestic / Inter-Island Flights:
From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and TURN RIGHT and walk along with traffic towards BAGGAGE CLAIM #11 / COLUMN#19 until you reach “Pre-Arranged 1”. You will find two white umbrellas as a landmark by the area.
International Flights:
From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Walk against until column #33 and use the crosswalk to the median. You will find the overhead signage says Pre-Arranged 3. Please wait for your driver at this area.
Delta and United Airlines:
From inside the baggage claim area, walk towards baggage claim #31. When you get to baggage claim #31, to the right of the bathrooms, there will be a sign that reads “Pre-Arranged #5”. Walk out through the automatic doors, and you will find a waiting area. Please wait here until your driver arrives.
Alaska, American, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest Airlines:
From your baggage claim, walk out to the main curb and look for the emergency column number on the concrete columns. Walk against until column #33 and use the crosswalk to the median. You will find the overhead signage says Pre-Arranged 3. Please wait for your driver at this area.
International Flights, Japan Airlines, Korean Air, ZipAir, JIN Air, China Airlines, Qantas Airways, Air Canada, WestJet:

What to expect
This service typically takes 30-45 minutes. Your pickup time is on the hour, and the shuttle will generally get you to your hotel or destination within that timeframe. Please note that the duration of the ride may be subject to adjustment based on the traffic conditions of the day.
Pre-booking instructions:
Please select a timeslot that is 30-45 minutes after your scheduled arrival time in Honolulu, Hawai'i. This will ensure you have ample time to deplane, collect your luggage, and walk to your designated pick-up location. Kindly note that we reserve the right to rebook or adjust your pick-up time if it is scheduled too close to your flight's arrival time.
After you provide your information, you will receive a booking confirmation, which will contain your assigned pre-arranged pickup point, which is based on the flight information provided. Guests usually print out their confirmation emails as well.
Arrival instructions:
Once you have arrived, please make sure your phone is on since our dispatchers/drivers will make contact with you. If you do not have access to your phone, please make sure to print your arrival instructions and meet us at your assigned pre-arranged pickup point to ensure a smooth departure from the airport.
