When the sun sets, the beaches empty, Puerto Vallarta comes alive with the sights, sounds, and smells of its vibrant food scene. You can plan on 5 savory food stops tasting 6 to 8 (depending on how adventurous you are) tacos/foods on your tour. You will also stop for hand made ice cream. Some of the foods and tacos you may find on your tour: arrachera, traditional pastor, cabeza, pork rib taco, enmolada, tacos dorados, adobada, and ice cream.
