You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pickup is available from hotels and lodges within Arusha town between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will arrive in a white 4WD vehicle displaying an Extreme Wilderness Adventure sign.
If your accommodation is outside central Arusha (e.g., Usa River, Arusha Coffee Lodge, or Ngare Sero area), please get in touch with us in advance — we will confirm your pickup time and arrange accordingly, or provide directions to our nearest meeting point.
