Free pickup and drop-off are provided within the designated Area A of Hong Kong City (see product page for the service boundary map). Prior to booking, please ensure the mobile number provided has international roaming enabled and can receive text messages or WhatsApp messages, as this will be the driver’s primary way to contact you.Should you receive no communication from the driver by the day before your service, please feel free to contact our customer service anytime via phone or WhatsApp (same number, 24/7 available).
If the driver is unable to reach you before the trip, the default pickup time will be 9:00 AM, with a complimentary waiting period of 30 minutes.
