Pickup details:

Pick Up is included only in hotels and Airbnbs located between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. The driver will arrive at the main entrance and send you a message upon arrival. Please be ready 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If your accommodation has restricted access (condominium, gatehouse or gate), please provide us with instructions or an alternative meeting point. If you are in a hotel, we will need a room number for access to it. We do not offer pickup in areas between Puerto Morelos and Cancun.
