Each season has its own dishes, which is a cooking principle of Hanoian. Also, it follows macrobiotics theory. At Tấm cuisine, we offer 4 menus per year: summer, autumn, winter & Tet festival.

From the beginning, we mostly work with local women who are keen on food and cooking. That brings authenticity to our service. Also, it creates a social impact and turn our class sustainable tourism activities
