What to expect
We will begin with the elaboration of the cheese, in which all the steps to follow to be able to elaborate a typical Valencian fresh cheese will be explained in detail. With the knowledge acquired, the visitor will be able to make the product at home. Next, a selection of cheeses will be paired on individual plates with a local wine, thus beginning the guided tasting.
