Private Transfer between Santiago and the Airport

**1. Reservation confirmation

Once your reservation is confirmed, our team will organize your private transfer according to the date, time, number of passengers, and addresses provided.

**2. Advance communication via WhatsApp

One day before the service, our team will contact you to send you the assigned driver's name, a private security code, and detailed pickup instructions.

**3. Driver's personal presentation

Your driver will also write to you the day before to introduce himself, confirm that he will be in charge of your transfer, and remind you to ask him for the security code upon meeting.

**4. Real-time flight tracking

For airport arrivals, we monitor your flight. If it is advanced or delayed, we reorganize the pickup according to the new arrival time, without additional charges for these changes.

**5. Security encounter and verification

In the arrivals areas, our usual meeting point is gate 4 (international) or the single departure gate in case of a domestic flight.

The driver will carry a sign with your name and flight number. Before accompanying him, you will have to ask him to give you the private security code that was previously sent.

**6. Private transfer to your destination**

Our driver will help you with the luggage and accompany you to the vehicle. You will enjoy a private, comfortable, and direct transfer to your destination, without sharing the vehicle with other passengers.

**7. Service arrival and completion

We will drop you off at your contracted hotel, accommodation, or destination, helping you with your luggage at the end of the tour.

Did you book a transfer back to the airport?**

The procedure is similar: you will receive your driver's information one day in advance and we will pick you up directly at your hotel or accommodation at the confirmed time, to take you to Santiago Airport (SCL).
