Our Free Shuttle service is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttles pick up and drop off at three convenient downtown Vancouver locations: Canada Place, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, and the Blue Horizon Hotel. Guests must show proof of purchase when boarding the shuttle in both directions. Please plan to arrive early, especially during peak times, as seating is limited and wait times may vary.
If you are driving, a paid parking lot is located directly across the street from our main entrance.
