1Table Mountain Aerial Cableway
Our adventure begins as we head to Table Mountain, one of the New Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Upon arrival, our tour guide will accompany you to the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway. As you ascend the mountain in the rotating cable car, you’ll be treated to stunning 360º views of Cape Town and the vast Atlantic Ocean. At the top, you’ll have time to explore the walking trails, relax at panoramic viewing decks, and take in the awe-inspiring scenery. Don’t miss the souvenir shops and the chance to enjoy a delicious meal or coffee at the summit’s restaurant and café.

2Bo-kaap
Next, our journey takes us to the colorful and culturally rich Bo-Kaap, also known as the Cape Malay Quarter. Your guide will lead you through the charming, cobbled streets lined with vibrant, brightly painted houses, sharing stories of the area’s rich Muslim heritage. As you wander, you’ll learn about the Cape Malay community’s history, from their arrival as skilled artisan slaves to the establishment of the Auwal Mosque, South Africa's oldest mosque, in 1798. Be sure to sample local culinary delights like koesisters and bobotie at one of the quaint cafes in the neighborhood.

3Company's Gardens
From Bo-Kaap, we make our way to the historic Company’s Garden, Cape Town’s oldest park, established in 1652 by Dutch settlers. Your guide will point out key features such as the picturesque rose garden, serene Japanese garden, and charming fish pond. Enjoy a leisurely walk or take a moment to feed the friendly squirrels. As you explore, you’ll notice the park’s proximity to important landmarks, including the Parliament buildings, Iziko South African Museum and Planetarium, and the South African National Gallery.

4Castle of Good Hope
Our next destination is the Castle of Good Hope, an architectural marvel built by the Dutch East India Company in the late 1600s. Your guide will bring history to life as they explain the significance of this star-shaped fortress, the oldest surviving building in Cape Town. Explore the Castle Military Museum, with its fascinating sword collection, and view the William Fehr Collection of historical paintings and furniture. If you’re visiting on a weekday, witness the traditional Key Ceremony, followed by the firing of the Signal Cannon. You can also opt for a horse and carriage ride around the grounds.

5Greenmarket Square
We continue our journey to Greenmarket Square, a bustling open-air market in Cape Town’s central business district. 6District Six Museum
Our last stop is the District Six Museum, found on Buitenkant Street, a road that once marked the divide between white and non-white neighbourhoods in the early days of apartheid. The museum tells the story of a vibrant mixed community that was uprooted through forced removals after the 1950 Group Areas Act, which imposed racially separated living areas across South Africa. Its exhibits, photographs, and personal memories give a clear picture of what life was like before and after the removals. After the tour, you’ll be dropped off at your accommodation.
