What to expect
You'll make a grand entrance Hubert Estate landing directly at the vineyard before being escorted to Hubert Estate's Cellar Door for your premium wine tasting session. Enjoy a tasting of the full selection of 8 premium St Hubert's The Stag wines complemented with a cheese platter.
Your wine tasting session will be followed by the 'Hungry Hungry Hubert; tasting menu including a variety of fresh modern-Australian dishes at Quarter’s Restaurant. Think hearty vegetables, local meat and seafood produce, woodfired pizza made in an Italian Marana pizza oven and fresh pasta that is hand-made on site. This is a winery lunch menu that the founder, Charles Hubert de Castella, would definitely approve of.
Your gourmet lunch will be followed by a tour of the Hubert Estate's very own Gallery of Art. Learn the stories behind the artwork of over 20 indigenous artists from around Australia, including Polly Ngale and Yannima Tommy Watson, before your amazing winery lunch adventure concludes with return charter flights to Melbourne.
