You'll begin your experience with a refreshing welcome drink of homemade clamato, prepared with your choice of tequila or mezcal. Your professional mixologist will then guide you through the history, elaboration, and classification of these iconic Mexican spirits.

This is an interactive, multi-sensory tasting journey. You will sample a curated flight of white, reposado, and añejo tequilas, as well as an artisan mezcal. To enhance the flavors, the tasting will be accompanied by a variety of seeds, fruits, and vegetables. You'll also engage in a unique sensory smell experience.

The activity concludes with a special good-bye shot of your chosen spirit, paired with homemade sangrita. As a final takeaway, you'll receive a PDF with recipes to continue your mixology journey at home.
