  Hierve el Agua

  We’ll head deep into the Sierra Mixe mountains to witness one of Mexico’s most stunning natural wonders. These "petrified waterfalls" are massive mineral formations that look like white water cascading down a cliffside, frozen in time. You’ll have plenty of time to hike the trails, take in the views, and soak in the natural mineral pools. Pro tip: Bring your swimsuit and a towel!

  We wrap up the day in "Mezcal Espina Dorada." At the legendary distillery, you’ll see the 100% artisanal process—from roasting the agave hearts in underground pits to the final distillation.
