This tour takes you firstly to Isimangaliso Wetlands Park, a World Heritage Site. This is one of the most beautiful parks in South Africa. It was proclaimed a World Heritage Site for its natural beauty.
Hluhluwe Imfolozi is also an excellent game reserve with its vast bushes. It boasts some outstanding scenery, some hills and valleys stretching over vast pieces of land.
You will enjoy the site of wildlife at both these game reserves. There is also a huge range of bird species within the 2 parks.

Isimangaliso Wetlands Park was listed as South Africa’s first World Heritage Site in December 1999 in recognition of its superlative natural beauty and unique global values. iSimangaliso Wetland Park is a huge protected area along the coast of South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal Province. The park’s centrepiece is the vast Lake St. Lucia, home to large numbers of hippos, crocodiles, pelicans and flamingos. At Isimangaliso Wetlands Park, we embark on self drive game drives in the parks. We have opportunity to see the big 5 and many other animals.
Hluhluwe–Imfolozi Park, formerly Hluhluwe–Umfolozi Game Reserve, is the oldest proclaimed nature reserve in Africa. It consists of 960 km² of hilly topography 280 kilometres north of Durban in central KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and is known for its rich wildlife and conservation efforts. At Hluhluwe Imfolozi we go on a 4 x 4 Game Drive in search of the big 5 and many other animals. We depart from Hluhluwe Imfolozi after the game drive and head back to Durban arriving late afternoon at around 6pm.
