Come discover Hotel Chocolat's Bean to Bar experience, created especially for chocolate lovers who would like to gain delicious insider knowledge. You'll taste fresh cacao-pulp, hear the history of cacao and learn how to transform roasted cacao beans into your very own chocolate bar.
On the round-trip drive, enjoy views of the Castries Market, Morne Fortune, Marigot Bay, Anse La Raye which is a fishing village and the area's verdant banana plantations.
Be prepared to take part of the 1 1/2 hour chocoloate making session . You also get the chance to make your very own chocolate whether it's dark or milky, whatever your preferences may be!!

Make your very own chocolate from organic cacao beans grown right here in St Lucia. Chocolate, like sugar, is central to St. Lucia's legacy. Come join a 1 1/2hour guided informative tour to learn the history and process of creating organic chocolate . Receive hands on training in making your very own chocolate, whether it's dark or milky, whatever your taste buds enjoy!!!
