After having breakfast surrounded by nature, you will explore more birds in the region. The night in Barahona will allow you to rest and reflect.
On the second day, start before dawn in Cachote for another exciting bird watching. Enjoy breakfast on site before returning to Barahona, where dinner and rest await you.
The third day brings an expedition to La Placa, where unique species like the Chestnut-breasted Cuckoo will capture your attention. After an invigorating lunch, you will reflect on your experiences before heading back to Santo Domingo. Breakfast in the place to recharge energies after the observation. Continuation of bird watching in the area. Lunch in Cachote. Return to Barahona in the afternoon. Free time to rest and share experiences.

Early breakfast at the hotel in Barahona. Departure to the Northern Region of the Sierra de Bahoruco: La Placa. Exciting day of bird watching at La Placa, spotting species such as Chestnut-breasted Cuckoo, Flat-billed Vireo and more. Lunch at Villa Barrancoli to recharge energies. Reflection on bird watching experiences. Return to Santo Domingo in the afternoon.
