Meeting and pickup
Visit our private tasting room, Boulevard Anspach 80 (pedestrian area). Arrive 5-10 minutes before Reservation Time. Ultra-central location: 2 minutes from the Grand Place, 5 minutes from Manneken Pis, right in front of the Belgian Beer World. Doctor Beer will welcome you personally!
What to expect
Before the first pour, Dimitri asks what you like. Then he "prescribes" 4 Belgian beers matched to your palate, from fruity lambics to powerful Trappist ales, including bottles you won't find in tourist shops.
In his own tasting room on the pedestrian Boulevard Anspach, two minutes from the Grand Place, you'll learn to taste like a professional (look, aroma, palate, finish), understand the main Belgian beer styles and hear the stories of the monks, blenders and brewing families behind them.
You'll leave with your own beer prescription: the styles and names to look for, plus insider tips on where to drink well in Brussels.
