Your local great guide and the driver will pick up at your Suzhou hotel or railway station (If you travel by train). Upon meeting spend few minutes to discuss with the guide to tailor made the tour. As private tour, the itinerary will be 100% customized around you. Following is the sample itinerary, be sure to tell your guide know if you need make any changes. First, start the tour at the UNSECO garden-The Humble Administrator’s Garden, ranked as the top four famous garden in China from Ming Dynasty. Spend quality time explore different sections of the garden that designed with ancient wisdom, appreciate the beautiful architecture surrounded by the tranquil ponds, flowers, exquisite rockeries and pavilions, learn the fascinating history and custom from your guide. If you prefer a more intimate garden you could choose to other ones such as Lingering Garden, Garden of the Master of the Nets.

2Panmen Gate
Next head to Pan men gate, a popular historic landmark in Suzhou that offers a scenic slice of ancient times. Here enjoy leisure wander along the peaceful ground with lake, towers , admire the 1700 years old Ruiguang Pagoda and learn the interesting folklores , stroll along the ancient City Wall with the unique water and land gate that once used as the strategic defense of the city, see the largest stone bridge across the Grand Canal.

3Pingjiang Road
Next head to the historic Pingjiang road or the lively Shantang old street, enjoy fun explore the colorful water markets along the ancient canal lined with traditional Chinese houses, willow trees, stone bridges. Check out the unique local arts, crafts, trinkets, eateries etc. You may also enjoy some fun souvenir shopping here or choose to have a relaxing gondola ride along the peaceful canal, fully appreciate the charm of the “Oriental Venice”. If you have been to the above sites or prefer other options, you could choose to visit the famous Tiger Hill with the Leaning Pagoda or the famed Suzhou Museum, Hanshan Buddhist Temple etc. After the great tour your guide will see you off at your Suzhou hotel or other downtown area as per your request.
