Meeting and pickup
Please make sure to reach out to us at least 24h prior to your travel date to let us know your desired pickup time. In case we won't hear from you, the pickup time will be scheduled 3 hours before the flight departure time you indicated. You will receive a text message with a link to your booking details from Transferz, this includes the driver's details and the specific meeting point instructions. If you want to receive them by email too, please share your email address with us.

NOTE: Option "Add-on: Pet onboard" is an extra fee for people that wants to travel with their pet. Please always select a vehicle option (Standard Sedan, Premium Sedan, Minivan, Large Minibus).
3. Proceed to checkout and fill in all necessary details. Want to receive your specific meeting point? Fill out your email address and phone number correctly!
4. If you need to let us know anything else, please add your requests in the Special Requirements field.

- If the pick-up address you indicated falls outside of the zone we cover in Orlando, you might be required to pay a supplement, which will depend on the address.
