We meet at the Bauhaus/St. Christophers Inn. Your guide will have reserved a table for you at the reception side of the hostel. If you are unable to find it feel free to ask the lovely bartenders to point you to the right spot.
What to expect
I’ll guide you through the tasting at an easy pace, explaining the beer styles, brewing traditions and how they pair with the food, while sharing stories about Belgian food culture and everyday life in Bruges.
You’ll enjoy a homemade Belgian stew served with fresh fries from a local frituur, bread, and condiments, followed by a simple Belgian-style dessert with the final beer.
This is a small-group experience with plenty of time for conversation and questions, designed to feel warm, local and unhurried rather than rushed or touristy.
