You will follow secrets passed down from generation to generation, immersing lemon peels in pure alcohol to extract their unmistakable aroma. While the liqueur rests, Daniela & Mario will share family stories and Italian traditions, making every moment a journey into the heart of Italian culture and passion.

What to expect

We will learn how to choose the perfect lemons and other essential ingredients to create authentic, high-quality limoncello and/or mirto. Daniela will guide you step by step through the infusion process, from peeling the lemons to preparing the syrup and the final combination of ingredients. You will have the opportunity to taste different variations of limoncello and mirto, comparing the nuances of flavor and learning to recognize the characteristics of a well-made product. Mario & Daniela will also share valuable tips on how to best preserve your limoncello to maintain its freshness and flavor over time.
