Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by our English-speaking driver. We will then take you to the Sigiriya. On the way, we will visit the Dambulla Golden Cave Temple. Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Sri Lanka. It's located in the central part of the country, about 148 km east of Colombo and 72 km north of Kandy. This temple complex is the largest and best-preserved in Sri Lanka, standing 160 meters tall above the plains. There are more than 80 documented caves in the surrounding area.
In the evening, you can choose to go on a 4x4 safari in Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Hurulu Eco National Parks to see elephants if they are available. Minneriya National Park is in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka. It's a clean forest with ponds and many animals. However, watching animals in action is not very common, except during a special event called the "gathering" in September and October when more than 300 elephants come together at Minneriya.

In the early morning, we will visit Sigiriya Rock before the sun gets too hot. This is the best time for taking pictures and climbing to the top. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for breakfast. Then, we will drive to Kandy, making several stops along the way. Our first stop will be at spice garden in Matale. We will also explore a Gem Museum and Workshop. We'll enjoy a traditional Kandyan Cultural dance performance and visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic. Sigiriya Rock is a magnificent and massive monolith that rises 600 feet from the lush jungle. It was once a beautiful royal city and is often referred to as the "Lion Rock." Today, it stands as one of the best-preserved and most elaborate urban sites in Asia and is sometimes called the eighth wonder of the world.
The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, located in the city of Kandy in Sri Lanka, is one of the most revered and important Buddhist temples in the world. It is renowned for housing a relic believed to be a tooth of Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. This sacred relic is enshrined within the temple, making it a significant pilgrimage site for Buddhists from around the globe. The temple complex is not only a place of religious worship but also a stunning architectural masterpiece, showcasing intricate Kandyan architecture and surrounded by lush gardens. It plays a pivotal role in the cultural and religious life of Sri Lanka, as well as being a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
After breakfast, embark on a journey to the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya, near Kandy. As you continue your day, you'll pass by the picturesque Ramboda Falls, a Tea Plantation, and a Tea Factory en route to Nuwara Eliya. Once you arrive in Nuwara Eliya, you can explore the Nuwara Eliya city tour.
After having breakfast, Drive to Nanu Oya Railway Station for a train ride to Ella. The train journey offers breathtaking panoramic views. Afterward, you can visit the stunning Nine Arches Bridge and then go hiking up Little Adam's Peak in Ella.
After you finish breakfast, go for a drive to Tissamaharama. Along the way, you can visit Rawana waterfall and In the evening, enjoy a 4x4 safari in Yala National Park, which is the second largest national park in Sri Lanka and a popular destination for wildlife enthusiasts.
After breakfast, take a drive to Mirissa. On the way, make a stop to visit the Hummanaya Blow Hole. In the evening, relax and enjoy the beautiful beach in Mirissa.
In the morning, at 6:30 AM, you can go whale watching in Mirissa. After that, return to your hotel and then travel to Bentota. In Bentota, you can visit the Sea Turtle Hatchery & Rescue Center. Later on, you can also visit the Galle Dutch Fort, which is located in the Bay of Galle on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka. The fort was initially built by the Portuguese in 1588 and was further fortified by the Dutch in the 17th century, starting from 1649. After your visits, you can return to Mirissa. You can spend your leisure time at a beach resort.
Wake up in the morning to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, it's time to say 'Goodbye' to Sri Lanka. You'll be taken to either Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo or Negombo for your journey back home.
