At 6:00 am the train leaves from dar es salam to Morogoro town. I The train takes about 1 hour to Morogoro town. From there we take the taxi to Mikumi National Park. Only 1 hour we arrive at around 9:00 am and from now on the safari begins, the safari goes all day at 12:30 pm we take a short break for lunch, after lunch it continues for another 2-3 hours until 6:00 pm. Then we drive to the Double G Lodge ready for the overnight stay.

Pick up again early in the morning. First we visit the Masai village. These are the local people who live in Mikumi village. There you can get to know their culture and then we drive back into the park for the second day of safari. Here we do the safari until 3 p.m. then we are slowly picked up to Morogoro town, so we take the last train that leaves at 7:30 p.m. and arrive back in Dar es Salaam at 8:30 a.m.
