Warm greetings from your team. It will be a true pleasure to assist you during your visit and offer you an organized, safe, and top-quality experience.
If your cruise ship arrives at Taino Bay, our meeting point will be located in the taxi area within the port. Upon disembarking, you will easily identify your team, who will be wearing green shirts. For your convenience, simply ask for Alfredo Sanchez, who will be coordinating your reception with your staff.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend that the meeting point be located approximately 35 to 45 minutes after the cruise ship's arrival, allowing sufficient time for disembarkation.
For guests staying in hotels in Puerto Plata or Sosua, we offer a pick-up service directly from your accommodation. Simply make your reservation in advance and provide us with your hotel details. Your team will pick you up promptly, providing comfort, safety, and personalized service from the very first moment.
If your cruise ship arrives at Amber Cove, we recommend contacting us in advance to coordinate all the details of your pick-up. As with Taino Bay, we will be waiting for you in the taxi area inside the port, where you can recognize your staff by their green shirts. Once there, simply ask for Alfredo Sanchez, and we will gladly assist you in starting your experience in an organized and timely manner.

Puerto Plata Waterfalls Adventure The tour begins at your open-air visitor center, surrounded by beautiful tropical mountains. There, you'll receive your safety equipment (helmet and life jacket) before starting a guided hike through the forest, where you can observe the local flora and enjoy the natural surroundings. Upon reaching the top, we'll take a short break before beginning the exciting descent down the waterfalls. During this adventure, you can jump, swim, and slide down natural water slides in crystal-clear waters, or use stairs if you prefer. At the end, you can enjoy a tasting of the traditional mamajuana, as well as soft drinks or water. This tour includes access to all 7 waterfalls, offering an unforgettable experience full of nature, fun, and adrenaline.
