What's Included
Meeting and pickup
From Milano Centrale, you'll need to take the train to Parma (I'll send you the instructions), and then I'll be there to pick you up at Parma station and take you to my home (extra charge).
What to expect
Upon arrival, you’ll participate in a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, including various pasta shapes and ravioli filled with exquisite truffle, accompanied by truffle-based sauces prepared on the spot. During the experience, you’ll enjoy a local aperitif featuring regional products and excellent local wines, and you’ll end the day with a homemade tiramisu.
At the end of the class, you’ll be transferred back to Parma station for your return to Milan, taking with you not only delicious memories but also the skills to recreate your Italian culinary adventure at home.
This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the flavors of Parma while enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills
