You'll settle in and taste your way through a considered flight of sparkling Take the time to enjoy a tasting of 5 sparkling foundation wines in the dedicated tasting room. On the way back to your hotel, we drive into Heritage Golf and Country Club — two Jack Nicklaus-designed 18-hole courses, a residential estate, and home to the Yarra Valley Lodge Hotel. But the real reason we slow down here is the locals: a large mob of wild kangaroos that lives right on the course. We take our time, cameras ready, for what's often the most photographed moment of the day.
