Pickup is available from hotels and residences within Medina. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or main entrance at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver will arrive at the agreed location and assist with your luggage.
Kindly provide your hotel name, exact pickup address, preferred pickup time, and WhatsApp contact number at the time of booking to ensure smooth coordination.

What to expect
Reserve your transfer by providing your hotel name in Madinah, pickup time, number of passengers, and WhatsApp or phone contact. Once confirmed, you will receive a voucher containing all transfer details.

Our team may contact you prior to your pickup to reconfirm your hotel location, pickup time, and any special requests. For hotels near Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, where direct vehicle access may be restricted, the driver will coordinate the nearest accessible pickup point.
3. Driver Arrival
Your professional driver will arrive at the hotel lobby or agreed meeting point at the scheduled time. They will assist with your luggage and guide you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
4. Comfortable Private Transfer
