For hotels located near Masjid al-Haram, where vehicle access may be limited, the driver will contact you to arrange the nearest accessible pickup point.

Your professional driver will arrive at the hotel entrance or designated pickup location. The driver will assist with luggage and help you board your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
