- Please arrive at the meeting point on time (5 minutes early if possible) as there is a schedule that must be followed in order to board the ferry / boat on time.
- All cruise passengers must pass mandatory security checks.
- For the comfort of all guests, it is best to have 1 licensed guide per maximum of 25 guests. If there are 26-50 in your group, we will provide the service of 2 licensed guides so that all guests can get the best experience, ask questions and hear the guide well.
- Your private guide will not participate in the cruise. The guide will escort you to the boarding point and give you the tickets and a short introduction into the sights along the way. You can download the cruise app for more information.
- The cruise includes an English-speaking Capitan-Guide on board. The Navigator Companion App is available in 7 languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Chinese (Mandarin).
