Hatha Yoga session is the perfect complement to your holidays, and will for sure help reaching flexibility in your movements. The duration is 1,15 hr and the Outdoor location (Los Pocillos playa) is a perfect place to enjoy the cozy and invigorating place in front of the beach, we are in front of the sea, to breath clean Prana and take your mind off for a while.

Hatha Yoga session, breathing and relaxation surrounded the volcanoes and ocean, for enjoy the energy and the elements of nature 

It means rediscovering our physical rhymth, recovering our health, getting rid of the stress and awakening our habilities.  All this can be done through a conexion with our inward world, as with Yoga Hatha we heal our body.

I provide mats and I disinfect them (Contagion Reduction Measures COVID-19). If you have your own mat, would be great for you

What to expect

OUTDOOR POINT: when you are at Plaza de Las Naciones, you will see the sea in front of you. just walk a bit, before arriving on the sand, turn to the left and you will see me and my mats protected by a corner.
INDOOR POINT: I have a room inside the Costa Volcan Apartment to Calle la Graciosa 5, Puerto del Carmen, if you do not find it on the map, please write me, I will be happy to give you the point by Whatsapp
