01 Jan-30 Jun 2018 Hellfire Pass Interpretative Centre (the museum) will be closed for renovations, however, visits will still go ahead to the actual location to see Hellfire Pass. Then a visit will be made to Sir Weary Dunlop’s Park at the nearby Home Phutoey River Kwai Resort. Due to its similar historical thread it is believed that this is a suitable alternative to the museum while it is closed.)

    Visit the Thailand–Burma Railway Center. This an interactive museum and research facility dedicated to presenting the history of the Thailand–Burma Railway and designed to be an educational and moving experience.

    Visit the nearby ethnic Mon tribal village and temple. The Mon people are an ethnic group from Myanmar, living near the Thai-Myanmar border here you will enjoy jungle trekking.

  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. (This is particularly applicable to the Kanchanaburi to Bangkok transfer where traffic conditions can be very unpredictable.).
  • Minimum age 3years
  • Child rates applicable for children between 3 and 12 years old if occupying the parents’ room. If bed required, adult rate will apply.
  • River Kwai Jungle Rafts Hotel are actually floating rooms and to conserve the natural surroundings of the area, and concept of the property, there will not be any power or electricity during the night times. During the evenings only wick lamps are used for lighting
