We show you hands on examples of coffee in it's various forms from farming to processing, and green bean before it's been roasted. Learn how to the pros taste and evaluate coffee and how things like origin, roast level, and environment play a key role in how coffee gets all it's unique flavors. Learn to how to describe what you like and find your favorite brew!

**Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can start on time and get everyone checked in.** Check in with a barista or staff member at the cafe! Look for the big orange Coffee flag outside after you turn into Entry Gate 3.
